- Try again on a different browser. Sometimes a web browser can conflict with the donation page if there was a recent update or if you're running an older version. Trying a different browser can often fix the issue, especially if you're using Internet Explorer (which is notoriously problematic in these sorts of scenarios.)

- Contact the Classy support team directly. If you're still experiencing your issue, the Savory team is unfortunately not able to assist in technical difficulties that arise on the Classy platform.
