If you previously had to cancel or pause your Regenerating Membership (i.e. your monthly recurring donation), there are two ways you can continue with your contributions:
- Start a new recurring donation plan by going to savory.global/member and choosing the plan that fits your needs.
- Reactivate your previous plan by following the steps below.
Reactive Your Previous Plan
Your previous donation plan is hosted on the Classy donation platform that Savory uses for all fundraising transactions.
Step 1 - Login to Classy
Navigate to the Classy login page and login to your account.
If you have never logged into your Classy account, you will first need to create a login to access your account details. To do so, click the Create an Account link just below the NEXT button. Be sure to use the same email address you gave when you first set up your donation.
Step 2 - Click "Manage donation"
On the donation plan you'd like to edit, click "Manage donation".
Step 3 - Click "Reactivate donation"
Step 4 - Choose "next processing date"
You can now choose the date you'd like your next donation to process. This will become the day of the month (or year if you're electing for an annual donation) your recurring donation will process.
Click "Reactivate donation" at the bottom of the form to confirm selection.
Step 5 - Enter payment details
Enter your credit card or bank transfer details.
Step 6 - Click "Reactivate donation" to submit
Once all empty fields are filled in, click "Reactivate donation" to finalize your donation plan's reactivation.
Step 7 - Check your inbox for a confirmation email
You should receive an email from info@savory-institute.classy-mail.org titled "Your recurring donation plan was updated."
If you do not see this email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check that it didn't accidentally get routed to your spam or other folders. If it did, be sure to mark it "not spam" so you can receive future emails about your recurring donation plan.
