I'm studying regenerative agriculture and would like to work in Holistic Management, do you have any career advice or resources?

The Savory Institute has a number of programs and resources to kick-start your career in Holistic Management. Here are a few options to get you started:

Connect with the Network

The Savory Global Network is a distributed nodal network of regional learning Hubs — each independently owned and independently operated — that equip farmers, ranchers, and pastoralist communities with the tools and knowledge to regenerate grasslands in a localized context. Oftentimes, these hubs are in search of Accredited Professionals, team members, or interns. Visit this page to view a list of Savory Institute hubs, their locations, and contact information. We recommend reaching out directly to Hubs you’re interested in to discover more about their learning or career opportunities.

Forge your own path

Outside of connecting directly with an existing Hub, there are multiple paths towards getting involved with the Savory Global Network: Hub leader, Educator, EOV verifier, EOV monitor, and Regenerating Member. Visit here to join a virtual meet-up to talk with the Savory team, learn about programs and accreditation, and answer any questions you may have about joining the Savory Global Network.

Just getting started

Interested, but not sure yet if a career in Holistic Management is right for you? We recommend checking out the Savory Institute’s YouTube channel with helpful webinars and recordings (like this one about careers in regenerative agriculture), visiting here to sign up for a free copy of the Foundations of Holistic Management eBook bundle, and watching Allan Savory’s famous TED talk, How to fight desertification and reverse climate change, here
