The four different accredited Holistic Management Educator levels, each dependent on the skills and experience of the person. The requirements for advancing to each level are shown in the graphic below, and discussed in greater detail further down in the article:
Associate Educator
This entry-level of accreditation indicates that the Accredited Professional (AP) understands the concepts and principles of Holistic Management. At this point, the AP does not need to demonstrate field experience, or practical application of the Holistic Management framework.
Professional Educator
With more experience and training (i.e. 1-year of training clients in Holistic Management with a Field Professional or Master Field Professional), the Associate Educator may apply to become a Professional Educator.
Advancing to this level is completed by completing this form. Please note that the applicant must submit a letter stating that requirements have been met to advance, and how these requirements have been met.
Field Professional
With more field experience, teaching, or managing holistically (i.e. 3-years of working land and livestock, completing a 5-day advanced Holistic Management training, and training all Holistic Management courses a second time with a Field Professional or Master Field Professional) a Professional Educator can advance to the Field Professional level.
Advancing to this level is completed by completing this form. Please note that the applicant must submit a letter stating that requirements have been met to advance, and how these requirements have been met. In addition, three reference letters must be provided.
Master Field Professional
Finally, with even more experience (i.e. 5-years of working land and livestock, mentoring other AP's, and broad experience across countries, environments, and the brittleness scale ) a Field Professional can become a Master Field Professional.
Advancing to this level is completed by completing this form. Please note that the applicant must submit a letter stating that requirements have been met to advance, and how these requirements have been met. In addition, three reference letters must be provided.
