I'm having trouble entering my address during the donation process. How do I fix this?

If you’ve encountered this issue, then we’d like to apologize that our donation software is causing you troubles. We have a request in to our donation software company in hopes of being able to find a permanent solution.

In the interim, there is an option near the bottom right corner of the address box that allows users to switch over from predictive address filling to manual entry.
