I purchased a Savory online course but did not receive a Teachable invite, what do I do?

When a Savory Institute online course is purchased through the Savory online store, the email address provided during the purchase process will automatically be used to create a Teachable account. When that occurs, a Teachable welcome email will be sent to that email address. The instructions in the Teachable welcome email will walk the purchaser through accessing their accounts and courses. Occasionally, learners do not receive an invitation email from Teachable. In addition, sometimes a course is purchased on behalf of another individual, who is then not enrolled correctly. If you do not receive an invitation email from Teachable, please contact the Savory team at support@savory.global.
